Attentive, Available, Flexible!

The most attentive real estate agent I have worked with! Debbie invested so much time into helping us find our home. Knowledgeable and Caring

All around Debra Lindsey is an excellent person to work with because of her knowledge. She is also willing to go beyond what one would expect. She takes her time with a client and makes herself very available to you. She explains all the paperwork that is involved when buying in a neighborhood association as well as the paperwork when it comes time to closing., She never rushes you or makes you feel like you're wasting her time. She was very helpful when we pitched our lot and that the house was going to built on in the neighborhood association. Many times she came on her own to see how the operation of the building was coming. She came with us for the first inspection when the home was about completed and helped us to be aware of things to look for. Due to her great expertise this was a great help to us. RD

Gets It Done and with us Every Step of the Way

We wanted to find a nice home in a nice location at a reasonable price. Debra helped us to find a foreclosed property that was just what we were looking for. Although we lived out of town, we were able to transact business efficiently because Debra knows how to get things done. Her knowledge, patience and tenacity enabled us to work through all of the issues that we faced from the time we made the offer to purchase until the day we closed the deal on the house.
