PARKWAY COMMONS HOA PROJECTS UNDERWAY – Posted March 30, 2023:
Grounds maintenance will be in full swing over the next two weeks. In addition to regular lawncare services,
- the broken patio table and benches creating a hazard will be removed. Dirt work and grass will be added.
- the flower bed near the frontage road where the irrigation meter was repaired a couple of years ago is being dug out and seeded to be a grassy area.
- the flower bed area by the visitor parking and east side of Units 25 & Units 32 will be cleared out and low maintenance shrubs added.
You may have noticed that the drain at the south end of the grounds at the corner by Parkway Service Rd. is cracked and causing soil around the drain to cave. This has been reported to the city of Shreveport for maintenance.
Known areas with fire ants have been treated. For any concerns with fire ants please let HOA Management know the location so we can be sure the area is not overlooked.
Fire Lanes will be restriped in the near future following the completion of the above work.
